    Maybe so...

Another supposition might be rodgers is a perfect fall guy now. We know we are just not in a place to get 4th really.. the others have too much money so we waste 15/16 season and say rodgers let us down and then appoint someone for 16/17 to open new stand and peened to be progressing

If rodgers is a puppet now just "coaching and training" then this summer will then test the theory that the committee is somehow geniuses being held back by rodgers British fixation.

We will see that and all.

Where am I having a go at the club? You asked a question, and I answered. It's been widely reported that Brenda would have to agree to transfers being done by the committee to keep his job, now he's left his coaching staff in the lurch also.
In short, unless he agrees to do it the way of the 'suits' he was gone. He's bent over and would have agreed to anything to keep his job and as a result sold out his back room staff and effectively blamed them for the way you performed this season.

Two ways to look at it... Rodgers has thrown his staff under the bus to save himself..

Or he's listened to those around and willing to change, not be stubborn and accept help from other people - something we've all said he should be doing...

Also if he's agreed that he has less say in transfers, isn't that what everyone has been saying all season?

Seems like he can't win if you ask me. Damned if he does, damned if he doesn't.

Yes probably so, I am just fed up of all the negativity in general but especially when it is based on speculation.

PS its right that there are negative feelings as we are dogshyte at the moment but putting all the blame in one place does not help.

If we approached Klopp, I'm sure he would think twice about having a break. Or come to some agreement at least, I severely doubt he would say no, maybe in September.

If we start slowly next season he'll be under a **** load of pressure though, especially if Klopp or Ancelotti are still unemployed.

I think everyone is pretty clear that next season is make or break for him.

Anything less than top 4 or a trophy and it'll be thank but time to move on.

I think he'll be lucky to see out the season if he doesn't start well.

How long is Klopp on break for, 6 months? BR has till about Christmas then, which wont be good news for him as he has often been a poor starter and the team has only picked up after Christmas.
