The Wales coaching staff have seen Chester hold his own in both the premier league and in their very own team at international level. If they leave him out because he's dropped a division, it'd be ****ing ridiculous. It's not like he suddenly turns into a **** player because he's playing in the championship. I don't think his international place is under any threat, barring the emergence of an even better young centre half which not only is the same case regardless of what level Chester is playing at, it's also impossible.
They don't have a vast pool of players so there is no chance he would be left out playing in the Championship
I've just looked and the current squad has players from Blackburn, Reading, Charlton and Tranmere, so I doubt it will be an issue.
And yet Bale always seems to be injured when internationals come around. They don't have a bad side in fairness.
