Just like i said Liverpool are nothing to fear anymore....mediocre managers and cant keep hold of their best players......A big club yes but not a great club as their time in the premiership shows. Brendan has to go and a top class manager has to be persuaded now to take the reigns and that wont be easy. No top players will want to join Liverpool while Brendan is there im afraid as he is just not a world class manager like i have been saying since last season....

Am I reading this correctly? <laugh><laugh><laugh>

You know you are if you have been observant all season with my posts. He has given his best and i was hoping he would come through as he is a good manager but its plain to see he is not world class and now we know. He has improved the team from king Kenny but not enough to challenge for the title like they should be doing....

So he's not as good as you thought he was then Dai?

There's no denying that he's a good manager, but Dai kept saying for 3 years he'd win everything at Liverpool. No he thinks he's an average manager. The only u turn left for him now is to credit ML with the LC success <laugh>

No matter what he does it will always be Brendon's team that won the Cup - we wouldn't done it without his 2 signings.

Yep

He did okay with Swansea, but everybody who has come in at Swansea since that point has taken the club on from the period when Rodgers was there.

The Everton manager Roberto Martinez did a great job with Swansea, but Rodgers didn’t take them on all that much.

You remember when he came to Liverpool, he talked about playing the Swansea way. He brought that in. He brought Joe Allen in as a player who never gives the ball away, but he never passes it forward so it is quite easy to never give the ball away.

It is, and so true on reflection

Especially the Mother Teresa bit <laugh>

The trouble with BR is that he's believed his own hype. Hell if we had Suarez in our team this season, we'd have finished top 4. Rodgers thought they finished second last season because of his 'tactical nous', when it was Suarez who carried them.
