Man City on the other hand have not admitted to anything, therefore the football authorities have to prove the wrongdoing which takes.a.hell of a lot longer The only evidence the football authorities have is some shady emails which is not proof positive enough to convict of wrongdoing You can imagine how much money Man City owners will throw at defending their case and then imagine how much money it is going to cost the football authorities to take this to court.
