Better for QPR......that is our level.

At the moment but when i was younger we competed well in the top flight. Sadly we have just been mismanaged and are paying the price.
If we sort the team and manager out we can bounce back.

Well, your opinion is of course as valid as anyone else's, but I happen to disagree totally. Our club has been ambitious since Jim Gregory took over and from 73-96 we were a top league club for all but a couple of seasons. And we have been for 3 of the last 4. We fell but we have come back, and we'll come back again and better, no matter how long it ****ing takes.

This 'our level, it's a better league' crap doesn't work anyway. You can argue that every league with promotion and relegation is competitive, it's only the top end of the PL that isn't. Why say the Championship is 'our level'? We have spent most of our time to the middle of the sixties in the equivalent of League One, why isn't that 'our level'?All these leagues feature horrible teams playing horrible football, as we saw last season (and we were one of them).

Presumably you would never want us to be promoted again, what is your dream then? Mid table mediocrity in the Championship or lose in the play off final for eternity? Neither sound much fun to me.

Spot on Sb

Ball wasn't out of play and impossible to be offside its a ****ing pisstake ,

The TV didn't show the ball going out of play, but it may or may not have done so before it clipped the goal line- - they said they had no decent film of that first part of the corner.

We have entered the realms of mathematical gymnastics in the elusive quest for our premiership survival.

Leicester and Sunderland are allowed to draw one and only one of their remaining games while we must win all three of our games, as far as I can make out.

If either of those teams gain more than one point we are kaput.

Not sure it was a pen. (or a yellow) The player fell backwards to complete the overhead kick and Onuoha put his hands out.

So he get angry and now commits a foul and gets sent off.

These things really matter.

Far from sure it was a pen or a yellow as well. But the second yellow was clear, and stupid for normally smart Ned.

We still have Leicester to play at home

We support QPR for what they are, if we were glory hunters we'd follow that mob down the road. I want us to be successful of course I do, just like every other hoop but if we are to be in the Championship next season then so be it, at least we should win a few games. We might even get another great day out at Wembley in May.

All we needed to do all season was stop giving away goals in the last 10 mins. Deduct what we have conceded at the end of games and we wouldn't be in anything like the sh1t we in are now.

Yes mate I agree. Instead of the great escape, we're cursed with great mistakes. Time and time and time again. I've lost count of the mistakes that have cost us directly this season. Almost every single one punished and resulting in an opposition goal. It's inconceivable for a team to make so many mistakes and unprofessional errors and yet fail to learn from them. What a complete and utter bloody shambles.

Exactly.
This time next year we will be celebrating promotion or biting our finger nails in anticipation of the play off games, anything else is unacceptable.
Belittling our club is just mindless stupidity.
QPR AND PROUD OF IT!

We deserve to go down, hanging on to Harry a massive mistake. Even a pending fine and Ramsey in control not looking good.
With Derby not making the play offs, get Steve back and some of his best players, with less wages may be able to progress with some heart!

Green saves a Gerrard penalty and 10 minutes later we let the same player score with an unopposed header. Our season in a nutshell.

Yep, Barton was culpable for that one, he was marking Gerrard but didn't even get close to stopping him. Although I can can acknowledge that Barton isn't noted for his aerial prowess. Too many individual errors and poor decision making. Why was Barton even in that position? We needed a centre back of which we had four of ... sorry three of at that stage defending that area. Oh and while I'm at it... Courtinho was given the freedom of Anfield fo their first. No one even looked at him and until the ball got to him. Schoolboy stuff.

would want to be a yoyo club in all honesty. excitement every season. couldn't bare just doing enough in the prem each year to avoid relegation. lets be honest any club like qpr in the prem the ambition is to avoid relegation. THAT doesn't sound much fun either.
of course the champs is our level, if it wasn't we'd be doing better in the prem. <cheers>
