So you think the current team is full of fight and desire then? You don't think we lack muscle or graft?

c'mon.....

if all you needed was muscle and graft rickie lambert would be englands no 9 still and playing for LFc with 25 goals

c'mon stop embarrassing yourself.

Nope - what we need is quality, and a manager who knows what they're doing.

What we need and what we currently have are two different things. The comment I made that you quoted was in regards to the existing squad, not a fantasy team. Are you sure we have players so good in quality that they don't need to put the effort in?

You're right mate. When I say we need quality first and foremost, it's not at the expense of hard work and ethic. There's always a balance.

Personally, I think a combination of tiredness and lack of squad rotation is the cause. Rodgers does not rotate his squad and the likes of Sterling ,Hendo, Coutinho, Can have played a lot of football this season.

Exactly. The discussion above followed yet another disagreement about Flanno. IMO, if we had player with his (or Carra's) heart, desire and passion playing against WBA, Hull and even Villa, we wouldn't have dropped as many points. I'm not saying that fight would have won us the game, I'm saying there would have been some fight in the team. One or two players showing that fight encourages the others to dig in and be counted too. Its about standing up and being counted and not walking around in flip-flops as if the seasons already finished, something that really pisses me off!

I don't agree mate. I think tiredness, lack of quality and most significantly, poor management is what cost us this season. Not heart.
