Based on the title alone I thought it was going to be about Rogue Squadron.
Surely if they are planning on a bounty hunter film it has to be about Boba Fett?
One would think that but most of the leaks are saying the movie will be about the bounty hunters and will also have Boba Fett in it and will not be about the rouge squadron. I'll update you as more leaks happen.
I know that, I was saying that based solely on the title it sounds more like a Rogue Squadron film than a bounty hunter film to me.
I agree but it doesn't surprise me that it doesn't match what one would think they have been playing a lot of deceptive games with info releases. I'll let you know again in a bit but as of now all the leaks from people in the know indicate it's about the Death Star plans being stolen.
Death Star plans pre-build? That'd have to be after Episode 2 (where the plans are mentioned and it's suggested they're still a secret) but before Episode 4. Possibly during the events of Episode 3 as Boba Fett and other bounty hunters weren't in it.

Have any of you ever watched Space Janitors? Its pretty funny, its about the Janitors on the imperial ships. Its not as good as Guild Wars if anyone else used to watch that.

Oh, the ones that eventually find their way to Leia via 'Botham Spies'? (Whoever they are). What's bounty hunters got to do with that? Or are they the Botham Spies?
Pretty sure that none of the story lines surrounding the Death Star plans being stolen are cannon anymore. The rumors are that the movie will be about an operation by a group of bounty hunters and one main character from Episode VII to steal the original plans post build before its finished. The leaks for a long time have had the movie being a spy movie with little action.
The Botham spies could be part of it or perhaps it was all a cover and they had nothing to do with it.
Here are your Bothans. Part of the problem is Disney got rid of pretty much all the books and all the EU stories as cannon.

Yea silly predictive text. Yea they got the ones for the second Death Star although there is nothing to stop one of them from being involved in the operation to get the first plans on some level.
I don't know what canon means either, sorry.
So it wasn't the Bothans that got the plans Leia has at the beginning of Ep IV? Those ones were definitely for the first death star. Did they get the ones at the beginning of Episode 6 then?
