The only proving "**** on his phone" would be if she's text him to say she's 15 before they had sex (if they had sex). Photos of a 15 year old sent by the 15 year old you didn't know was 15 is proof of nothing. Neither us messages saying "you were great last night" etc.

There is no evidence so far which is why he hasn't been charged. This is also why I am in full support of him, unlike yourself

Not exactly, that's circumstantial evidence. There's been plenty of cases won built on stacks of circumstantial evidence that all point to one thing.

So... As you seem to have full access to all of the facts... Why not share them with us? What if he's just met her in a club and shagged her? Is he STILL guilty? He has not jeapordised the club IF HE DID NOT KNOW HOW OLD SHE WAS. He has done nothing wrong if this is the case and you are convicting him. Do you work for a tabloid perchance?

Based on what? Do you know something more than everyone else? More than the police who haven't charged him?

No one in their right mind would actually post details if they knew them onto a public forum no matter how tempting.

Ive never claimed to be itk about anything before and ive been on here years.

I may be wrong but, I think Parker is just paraphrasing from the article SAFC.

Unless he was there I doubt he knows any more than anyone else on here.

You'd want to believe this is just a fantasist young lass, however the police had at least enough evidence to obtain a warrant which would have to be more than just a 15 year old girl saying she slept with someone. We'll see though, like everyone else I have no idea about the exact circumstances.

What I wanted to pick up on was the people on this thread who seem t have this naiveity about the CP and their intentions. Trust me when I say this, they care not about your innocence or guilt, they care about whether or not they can get a charge against you and that's all. The police force is corrupt at the top and make no mistake. To everyone, I would really urge never to speak to police without legal representation, under any circumstances. Just make that a little rule for yourselves. "If you are innocent you have nothing to fear" sadly never has been or will be the case.

No you're quite wrong there, all that's needed is that a minor makes an allegation.
