**** off Bill. I have never actually banned you to my recollection. I never ban anyone out of hand without previous. Others have been quicker off the mark when you've leaped ("stepped" doesn't describe it) over the line...

The problem was that Ultimate said something completely unfounded and racist suggesting where Papiss comes from no wonder they spit, they play football with decapitated heads. You and Sid's grief aside what the lad said was just based on racism and racism alone.

I think you're arguing something completely different which is more opinion based. What Ultimate's arguing is fact based and incorrect, careful you don't get tarred with that same brush. Your opinion is political and agreed to in some quarters, disagreed in others. Everyone has an opinion on how the country should be run and that's fair enough. No one but Ultimate think Senegalese people play football with heads.

I'm with him on this one.

The Stoke City and Republic of Ireland forward Jonathan Walters has claimed that any fellow professional footballer who spat at him would end up “eating his supper through a straw”.

Walters was speaking in the aftermath of the midweek incident involving Newcastle United’s Papiss Cissé and the Manchester United defender, Jonny Evans. Evans has publicly denied spitting at the Newcastle forward and has until 6pm on Friday to respond but Cissé accepted the charge from the FA. Spitting carries an automatic six-game suspension and Cissé’s ban is likely to be extended since he was charged with violent conduct for elbowing the Everton full-back, Séamus Coleman, earlier in the season.

Walters told TalkSport: “As a player you take anything off the ball; pinches and kicks that are meant to wind you up. Little things like that go on in any match. But spitting is pretty low. If it happened to me and someone spat at my face or towards me then I think he’d be eating his supper through a straw that night. I wouldn’t be that happy. It’s the lowest of the low.”
 
I'd rather no one hit me, kicked or spat at me ...... but the one thing that will make me retaliate every time is being spat at.

The only time I've ever been really frightened of someone was when a Gypsy took offence at me outbidding him at an auction.

He spat at me, it landed on my chest, and I whacked him as hard as I could .............. didn't turn out well for either of us tbh.

Spitting at people seems to what Newcastle people do. Perhaps spitting at each other is the nearest thing they get to having a wash...
