If/when he is found guilty we will have no choice but to terminate his contract. Given he's probably our most saleable asset could the club sue him to effectively recoup potential lost transfer fee? Is there any precedence for this in sport?
Chelsea sued Mutu for being a junkie I think. Maybe clubs have insurance to safeguard against abnormal stuff happening with/to their players.
