What if he was 15 or 16 at the time? Or even a little older and duped into it at a nightclub? (I was when I was 20)?

There are too few facts in the report other than the fact that he's been arrested. No timescales. Nothing. If it was last week then yes it's bad news IF he knew how old she was. But if he didn't then what's he guilty of? Not asking for ID? If a girl does not reveal her age to someone she is about to have sex with and she looks old enough then I certainly don't blame the bloke. As I say it happened to me and I was lucky I got a caution. 2 years later I'd have been on the register for doing nothing other than sleeping with a girl I met in a nightclub!

Yeah sorry, you're quite right. If it turns out this accusation is a result of AJ putting himself in a vulnerable position down to getting pissed up then i'd sack him. :P

Why do we keep buying these expensive dodge-pots, surely with the money involved these days a risk assessment should be taken as a given.

FFS! Sex with a 15 year old is NOT rape. In America (certain states) it is classed as statutory. Over here it's indecent assault or unlawful sexual intercourse if the minor consented. But, as I've said, when did it happen? What the hell has the gun got to do with it? Far too many questions we don't know the answer to. Club has done the right thing though. This is nowhere near a rape charge. It could be some 15 year old who looks 20 (as a lot of them do now) who demanded payment after duping Jim. He's said no, she's gone to the police. So many scenarios where AJ has fine nothing wrong. Only one where he has... I.e. He was mature enough to know better and he knew she was 15!

Going back about 12 years ago when I was 25, they was a waitress in my local pub that was absolutely stunning. She had big baps, long legs and she used to wear short skirts with Black tights.
One night after her shift she came into the bar for a drink, cut a long story short I banged the ar$e off her that night.

Until he is proven guilty his name shouldn't be in the press. That goes for anybody accused of any crime. Mud sticks so even if he is found innocent hes still gunna get **** over it. It should be illegal to print anyones name until they are found guilty.

My lass was 17 when I met her. 18 when we got together. She's 23 now.

There are hundreds, if not thousands, of 'Asian' men openly trafficking English schoolgirls around like playthings.

I rarely see them being named, even after they've been charged .............
