I've checked TF and he posted Sunday and browsed yesterday so, coupled with the fact that he's only been off here for a couple of days tops.. (Which is normal)... I'd say in all probability he is fine which is good to see.

Now that things are looking brighter.. Please can you post a picture on here of your big fat hairy arms like calves please?
