Paddy Power recently asked American women to rate PL players on how good looking they think they are, then made a best and worst looking XI.

Best Looking XI:

Ben Foster

Erik Pieters, Jason Shackell, Santiago Vergini, Paul Konchesky

Jesus Navas, Morgan Schneiderlin, Matty James, Nacer Chadli

Charlie Austin, Olivier Giroud (the highest rated player overall)


Worst Looking XI:

Gerhard Tremmel

Richie De Laet, James Collins, Joleon Lescott, Aly Cissokho

Angel Di Maria, Sadio Mane, Cheick Tiote, Stephen Quinn

Mario Balotelli, Marouane Chamakh
 
Interesting. But why didn't they ask British women? I asked my wife (a Scouser) and she voted Elmo into the best looking XI and Rooney into the worst looking. But she wouldn't mind his weekly wages. She would also add Skrtl to the worst :emoticon-0100-smile
 
Is it naughty to point out the ratio of black players in the good looking team to the ugly team and to suggest that a lot of those women polled are rather racist
