Not impressed with him so far.

Short on strength, power and finesse.

Frankly, given the hype, I'm disappointed.

He is similar to Chazz (the dog).

    He lacks bollocks.

I think he's a very gifted player who's been given next to no opportunity.

Admittedly, he seems to have some sort of Jesus-complex, but he could be a real focal point for our attack, in some way (I don't know his best position, but he does some nice step-overs and has scored a shedload over his career).

There must, however, be some reason that we're not really privy to, that he doesn't even barely get a look in.

Frustrates me. I feel he's a massively untapped resource.

Ince reminds me of Januzaj. He obviously has some decent skills but he just seems too lightweight at the moment so gets brushed off and doesn't win too many free kicks because he goes down too easy.

I feel for Ince we signed him and he had probably played 1 or 2 games in his career as a striker and suddenly we put him upfront and lump the ball up to him and hope he can win headers. We didn't even try to play the ball beyond the defenders for him to run onto like we used to for long. He is a winger who likes the ball to run at players and cut in and shoot, well from what i have seen. Why sign him then if we are not going to play wingers?

He can't go anywhere other than Forest anyway, even if we were going to sell him.

Yep our tactics are mental. Every attacker is judged as a target man at some point and fails, yet we don't actually buy players who suit playing with their back to goal.

He can, he was only there on emergency loan which doesn't count toward the two club rule.

Not gonna start a thread on the Piggies but that Campbell-Rice has played well for them against Spurs.

This, this and this some more. Why sign a player and not play him in his natural position and then leave him out when he doesn't perform. Slightly nuts Mr Bruce me thinks.

He's never been given a proper chance, as Bruce tends to do with certain players.....

    This.

He's got bags of talent, he was very decent against Arsenal I think, to sell him would end up being a big mistake I believe the lad could have a big future.

As you said, Aluko gets given chance after chance time and time again yet Ince is thrown in for games were it's impossible for him to have an impact in(Arsenal away, West Brom away playing out of position) Aluko starts games like Leicester at home and West Brom at home is ****ing awful yet gets given more opportunities, one thing with Bruce that really gets on my tits is his favouritism of Aluko.

If we give Ince game time in the right position he could be a big asset.

Totally agree Ince is more of a wide player , he is too lightweight and frail to be an out and out striker, but then again is Hernandez the same.

I'm not a massive Hernandez fan, but he's way more of a striker than Ince or Aluko. He can head a ball pretty well and, going on the Everton game anyway, he made some good runs behind them. Ince and Aluko drop deep because they aren't strikers!

    You are possibly right
, but to me Hernandez is a terrible waste of £10 million.

Its very frustrating that ince cant get a game id love to see him play left wing as part of a 4 4 2.....he's not been given a chance at all...and IF we go down, ill be left wondering, why we didnt give ince a shot over any of the other players in his natural position, very strange bruce. #PlayInce

Hernandez could be very good, he's shown at times he can have an excellent touch, he can be direct, he can be clever, he can get behind, be strong and cause problems. He didn't hit the ground running which is problematic but he's young, obviously doesn't lack in quality and if he can learn the game over here could turn out to be a snippet at £10m.

I've certainly not given up on him, but considering the complete lack of depth we have up front he really wasn't what we needed. If we were going to try and hold out with only two strikers, we at least needed them both to be effective now.
