I can't get my head around why Bruce has a fetish for wide players (mostly left footed!!) and try's to play them upfront!! A simple 442 or 4231 will do!!

    Mcgregor
Elmo Dawson Davies Figueroa (replace with Robertson when back asap!!)
    Ince Livermore Huddlestone Brady
    Aluko/Hernandez Jelavic

    Or
    Mcgregor
Elmo Dawson Davies Figueroa (replace with Robertson when back asap!!)
    Livermore Huddlestone
    Aluko Ramierz Brady
Jelavic/Hernandez (well aware both are out for a while)

We really need a bloody striker!! Injuries are hurting us no doubt!! I have a feeling (and Bruce has shown) that he would play players out of position with a fully fit squad anyway..

I like ramirez, and I think he typifies just how long Hernandez may take to get settled here. There is a very noticeable improvement from him in just the short time he's been here. In his first few games someone's breath nearby was enough to put him off balance, in the Everton game he was shoulder barging, winning challenges and actually outmuscling defenders.

And this is his third season in English football. I think Ramirez will turn into a very handy player if given a bit more time and faith. Hopefully with us. Although he'll probably never get played in a way that really suits him.

yep, ramirez is a quality larker, i think many underestimate how high of a level the premier league is, it's easy to watch in the stand and see the space, but as a player, it's ****ing hard

ramirez has barely played though has he for one reason or another.. our best squad is good enough to stay up, but being good enough and 'being' enough is a different story
