The bloke in the car is in a left hand drive car so I presume (by the looks of him) that he's in the USA. We are about 16 hours in front of the USA. We also have 9 different time zones compared to the USA's 13 different time zones. It was 100 degree's here today and the 'coldies' taste beautiful.
Just FYI, that is Ice Cube, the renowned Actor and Rapper from the USA. I recently watched "Ride Along" in which he stars alongside Kevin Hart. I've got to say, it was a good day. He was also in NWA whilst a rapper. So yeah, he's in the USA in that photo.
