If you're after a history lesson, our attendances started to grow long before we got promoted and considering we were in administration, utterly ****e and in a stadium which was half closed due to being condemned, our attendances were actually very impressive in the lower leagues...

    2014 1st tier 24.117
    2013 2nd tier 17.369
    2012 2nd tier 18.790
    2011 2nd tier 21.169
    2010 1st tier 24.390
    2009 1st tier 24.816
    2008 2nd tier 18.025
    2007 2nd tier 18.758
    2006 2nd tier 19.841
    2005 3rd tier 18.025
    2004 4the tier 16.847
    2003 4th tier 12.843
    2002 4th tier 9.506
    2001 4th tier 6.684

Do you want to check our average attendance in our first full season at the KC when we finished mid-table? I'm pretty sure you wont actually so I'll do it for you - we averaged 12,843 and finished 13th. Season after we averaged 16,847 when still in the bottom division. If anything our fans are stadium rather than glory supporters.

Leeds has a population 3 times that of Hull so for every game when we get 23k, you need to attract 69k just to match the ratio of fans attending. So tell me when did that last happen?

You know a club's on it's arse when the only thing it's supporters can cling onto is a half decent attendance record. <laugh>

Leeds.....hahahahaha, all you're known for these days is being a cautionary tale of what irresponsible ownership can bring.

What's funny is that you've been leaping out of frying pans into fires and back again in that regard ever since your PL demise.

They're the same as the ****ing Jawdies, always going on about attendances. They're both the only club in cities with huge populations - of course they should have big attendances. It's not something to be proud of, having your club based in a big city with no other clubs. Why is this some kind of badge of honour?

<doh> Google doesn't decide things ya ****wit. It links to wiki and urban dictionary, both are sites that any half wit can alter. <laugh>

FFS, no wonder people from Leeds distance themselves from the football club.

I love that the OP came on here specifically to tell us how little we matter to him. It's always funny when people on forums have these retaliatory outbursts, like it's gang warfare or something, but for him to specifically say we don't matter to him is particularly ironic.

It's an oddity of Leeds fans that they're always reminding us how we don't matter to them, as if we really want to be hated by them, and insisting that they have a huge rivalry with Man United, as if that somehow makes them more significant.

You don't exactly cover yourself in glory when it comes to attendances. I remember when Leeds scum where getting gates of around 8000 against the likes of Carlisle in the second tier in the 1980s.

MARCHING ON TO NOWHERE. WE WANT TO SEE YOU LOSE!!!

Why are these inbred ******s on our forum?

I didn't even realise you were 20th in the Championship until I read this thread. That's how much I give a **** about Leeds United.
