That's a good shout about the Northern Soul Steelmonkey. I'm aware of this but know nothing about it and would not know where to start looking. Cheers, that's one of the main things I have loved about our music thread, I'm really open minded about music like many on here and love discovering stuff I'v never heard before. I have now downloaded lots of stuff (paid for) that people like your good self have posted on here! It's like a sonic sweet shop.

Lol, cheers, I already have that installed and yes it's a very useful app. I tend to only use it on the more rare stuff. I like to pay for the stuff I really like (when I can) as I want the artists or bands to get paid for their work. I will check out more Northern Soul when I get a chance, I like very few Iv listened to so far. I can count on you to post a few more in time!

Good stuff pal - I was just too young for Wigan Casino and The Torch, but listened to the music. When I was a kid (early teens) went to The Grange in Hayes - don't know if it's still there - where they used to have Soul Nights There's still a good Northern Soul/Scooter scene up here in Scotland - still throwing the talcum powder on the dance floor!!
