On a more typical post : RIP Anita Ekberg.
A bit before my time, but I have seen La Dolce Vita and she was epic.
Given the investment at Forest, I'd say that Pearce has been walking a tightrope since their form dropped off.
Great start, lost to us and then **** ever since. Very odd.
Peterborough's chairman has sort of backed Ferguson, though.
He's posted a series of tweets slagging off their players, the ref and some of the fans, anyway!![]()
Just heard an interesting fact on 5 live,De boer made the final 2 for the Spurs job,and Levy chose MP
The Spurcat 2015 'I must not explode at football TV pundits' NY
resolution has lasted 10 days (was there a prediction league for it ?? ) .![]()
There was some good news during the week when ITV announced they were not renewing Andy Townsend's contract. That was a nice new year present for me was that.

I was not aware of that. Credit to him for keeping that gig running for so long.
Do ITV lose Europa League coverage from next season too ??
Deboer himself, they were talking to him,as he has worked with Koeman and Van gaalIt make sense as they always seemed to be the top 2 once it was clear Sherwood was not for the long term.
What was their source, out of interest?
If I see Thierry Henry on my Sky TV screen one more time, I am going to be really tempted to put my foot through it. Their current love-in with this guy is now completely embarrassing.

We probably ought to stop this but I've not been trying to ram my opinion anywhere. I've simply been consistently saying that anyone who hasn't sat through more than a week of evidence is in no position to second guess the jury. I've got no idea whether Evans is guilty but until his conviction is over-turned society is entitled to treat him as guilty. Why do you seemingly know better? You seem to miss the whole point of this debate in trying to ram your opinion down everybody else's throat. Yes, the jury delivered a guilty verdict, whilst aquitting the other party. What is very much open to debate, is why? We have seen no evidence, physical or otherwise to suggest that the girl was raped.

In the link PnP posted the Appeal Court specifically dealt with the issue of the different verdicts and found nothing odd. And what physical evidence are you expecting exactly? As far as I can tell the woman gave no evidence other than that she could remember nothing about what happened.
After today's results, I predict that Stuart Pearce will be sacked by Forest within he next few days and I predict Darren Ferguson will be sacked by Peterborough within the next few days.

BT have both Europa and CL next season. I think ITV may have highlights only. There would be nothing for him to do next year. Rumours are that Lineker will get the CL gig.I think BT have got it haven't they ?
Edit. BT have for CL. I think ITV still have Europa.
