Glad i came on here to check out the legal view of all the lawyers that write their educated opinions. Phew now I understand
I think one reason Bruce has made the comments he has may just have been revealed.
Natasha Massey(girlfriend of Ched Evans) happens to be best mates with a certain Amy Bruce.
How do you know this? Were you there?
Well, if he asked to 'join in' whilst macdonald was shagging her she was clearly conscious or he'd have been done for rape as well. By the logic that he proved it was consensual we must assume she was conscious the whole way through, otherwise it becomes rape doesn't it? If i've got that wrong then sorry but I assumed if a woman fell unconscious while shagging her you're kinda meant to stop.
Thats a very scientific overview there.
I suggest you maybe go and talk to some victims of 'good' rape and 'bad' rape young Andrew.
If he asked? Did he ask? Or did he just jump right in anyway? Uninvited.
If you could point out where i've used the word "good" to identify rape then i'd be very grateful.
You ****ing imbecile.
That's why I used the ' 's. The amount of violence used is not just the deciding factor on how the victim is affected in rape. By pepole saying that being dragged down an alley and raped by a stranger is any worse than a husband raping his wife while she lays motionless and not defending herself is plain wrong. Rape is about power and control. By whatever methods are used.
that is it in a nutshell. She knows exactly what happened, and that she gave consent, but then the £ started spinning in her eyes the next day. The police decided she had been raped, not the girl. Anyone in all honesty ever really totally lost their memory for eight hours?where's power and control when evans shagged her and she can't remember it or chooses not to accept she does
One thing that puzzles me is, I've seen a lot of people state that rape is rape, theres no lesser or greater degrees of it, its all the same. In that case, why are sentences for rape so different? Shouldn't they all be the same?

Why is everybody so bothered about this case? I don't see you all arguing for or against every other rape offence that happens every day.
I think there's a few reason, it's because of the witch hunt, the high profie it has had over the last few days and also that a lot of men are thinking "holy ****, there but for the grace of God go I" cos if you have sex with a girl who is over the drink drive limit you are open to a rape charge. Why is everybody so bothered about this case?
