Can I just Say Obi .. you mention one "name change pro" person slapping someone ... what about the group of four or five from the north stand who dragged one guy who said "shutup he is a club legend" ... out of the stadium and he is in hospital now ... your wonderful answer I await
Possibly because the original comment was that it was 2 people who had been influential in CTWD that had made the comment. When CTWD became HCST the influential people presumably changed as it was a merger of 2 groups, so people who were influential in CTWD may not be influential in HCST and vice versa. If they were no longer influential now that it was HCST then it would be inaccurate to use the new organisation's name to comment on them having been influential previously.
By the way, I assume you have got proof he didn't. ElTiger-HCAFC has just seemed to have backed up my statement.
So if the decision making process is proven to be wrong, and then is reconsidered and the name change is subsequently approved, will HCST (AKA CTWD) challenge it? Actually, forget that question, the response will be the standard get out "if our members decide". Will YOU challenge it? If you do, doesn't that then make you a petulant child unwilling to accept the decision of the appropriate body? I don't get why the club challenging something they believe wrong is any different to you lot challenging something that you believe is wrong. If you can explain the difference there, it might help me understand your position a little better.
You mean other than the fact that the exact same committee, and chairman, who were in charge of CTWD are currently running HCST? Oh sure, "until the members decide" on a new one, they're in transition etc, which means same people still.
round the pub table tonight , 9 people there , two of them serious members of CTWD ... they both agreed today the CTWD is nothing more than a hooligan group in disguise and now are in the "do not care" camp due to the actions of certain "CTWD" so called fans ... deano was the tipping point for them and many others ,.,.. Allams 1 - 0 CTWD or HCST or whatever its called now (although I hope they don't do a name change , we know what that can cause )
Nothing to do with me. Just a suggestion as to why you would use one term and not the other. Help me catch up though (you might have noticed I've not exactly been on here much in the last few months), last time I paid any attention to what was going on there it was a merger between CTWD and Tigers Co-op. Has that changed, and are we saying there's nobody from the Co-op side been added to the Committee and nobody left as there's now 2 people doing the same thing?
Sorry for another post , but I really think that the people who are members need to hear a loud and clear statement saying to calm down and everything will be ok ... they are starting to get violent and turning others away from the cause .. the CTWD/HCST .. need to get into gear and rally their members properly and remind them that they need to protest in a certain way ... not detrimental to the cause but try and gather more for the support
Its CTWD under a new name until they gather enough people to decide important positions .... in a nutshell
Is that the same petulance that Allam displayed in not accepting the decision of the appropriate body?
Right, I was under the impression they'd done all that. They won't gather many people together in a nutshell though, bigger venue needed.
I should have been more accurate in what I said. Two people who I believe to have been influential in CTWD. As I had no involvement in the group, I could not really say that they were of influence in CTWD and I have no idea if they are involved in HCST. Sorry for any confusion.
I wonder what Bruce would think of Shearer or some other ex Newcastle player referring to Newcastle Magpies?
I wasn't the one making the assertion that he hawked his story round to the highest bidder and the fact that it wa published in a ****ing newspaper doesn't prove that either btw. I suppose the BBC paid him a wedge for the interview he gave them about his experience with Sporting Chance as well...... A big man like you should go seek Dean out at the match and give him your opinion face to face, I'm sure he'd be eager to answer your accusations, maybe tweet him with them.
