2-0 to Southampton. Against the run of play tbf. Walnut now on for Chambers I think.

Fair play, we may well be gash but at least we've always got Liverpool to cheer us up!!

Saints should be about 5-0 up by now. The chances they've missed is unreal. I just hope the Arsenal defence gets the same reputation we have bcos they are far far far worse. Still think Arsenal could just be jammy enough to come back.

The attacking play by both Southampton and Arsenal has been decent. If both had a decent strike force, the score would be 10-9 to someone by now. Great game for the neutral tbf.

Our defence isn't as bad as is made out. What sets us apart is just the gormless look on some of our defenders that makes them look useless <laugh>

I think evans is the problem. If Rojo was fit and alongside Smalling and Jones we would look a lot better. Evans thinks hes zidane on the ball when hes a disaster waiting to happen.

Smalling should be sold. Evans as back up. Rojo and Jones at CB until we buy some worldie.

But today's problem was LVG making too many changes with Jones not used to playing RB.

I think rafa wasnt quite ready and youngs been good. So harsh to toss him aside. Lvg is a fair man (rvp aside).

It is starting to look like a decent Christmas period all in all. Weve had two early kick offs away at two of the toughest grounds in the league and remained unbeaten.

Oh and should we be discussing the liverpool game? <laugh> how they laughed at us.

I am laughing at NoDickDave mate, biding my time and waiting for his "experience" about form to show through for the rest of the season like it did today <ok>

I'd rather keep Smalling than Evans. IMO Smalling has many of the attributes to be a top defender, although I will concede that he needs to work on his distribution. Personally I'm still not convinced by Rojo if im honest as he seems an accident waiting to happen.

Yeh but we were cheated that day. Unlike Leicester who were cheated today.

Only a goal in it between how many we've conceded and City & Chelsea have. 20 vs 19

I'm yet to be convinced by Rojo but at the minute is prefer him over Evans who has been gash this season. He's got no excuses as he's had years at United, playing alongside and learning from some of the greats, but he looks terrified in possession and his distribution is horrendous. I think he's done and will be a Sunderland player next season!

Chelsea's world class defence, that has benefited from approximately no injuries all season, has conceded one less league goal than United's Keystone Cops bunch of crocks.
