They didn't even look at the pen shout for Barton on motd yesterday...The ref bottled it cause of the one earlier.

Well, have to say that his passing was quite poor at times, but his corners were the thing that got us the goals today, and his work rate towards the end was good to see, still fighting for every ball and mostly winning them.
A superb result in a tight game where Austin made the difference. The club should try to get rid off Hoilet who almost cost us the 3 points. Barton did improve a lot 2nd half and even though he showed some bad performances recently I do consider him vital for this team this season. The atmosphere at LR is just amazing an I am really looking forward to the Southampton game in February. So good to see the Hoops at home...
Agreed. Although the trip on Barton was 100% a nailed on penalty imo.
Goals on Sunday just reviewed our game with Sam Allerdyce and they all agreed that the challenge on Barton was a nailed on penalty, but that his theatrical fall led the ref to doubt it. I agree.
What running at full pace, and you get tripped up ?
How can you manufacture a "theatrical fall" ?
Nailed on penalty
I said I agreed that it was a nailed on penalty!
In reply to that Col, I wonder if Harry and the team know more about our squad than those that post on here then?
i see Damage, DT and AN Other are licking their wound.
Hary Out brigade being made to look silly ATM
And not a marrocan in sight.
Charlie proving all the doubters (incl me) wrong
nd we aint bottom.
Its fun on a forum, but lets leave the actual decisions to those like Redknapp who have made millions out of actually knowing what they are talking about eh?
The alternative s tht hose that comment step up and do it themselves
Offers ?

Licking my wounds?!
Dont give me stick because I had better things to do then write on a message boards.
I think you forget because you are so detached that Rangers is an actual thing that some of us on here actually go to.
Went straight to the princess vic from the ground and stayed out and got smashed all buzzing after a massive 3 points that like the Leicester game couold easily have been 0 points.
Rub of the green is going our way at home at the moment and let's hope it continues in 2nd half of the season, an hope our openess isn't exposed by better finishers than Ideye and Jamie Vardy as most the top 10 come to Loftus road and we try and turn around the joke of an away record
Plus- nice for Austin to save us again and again. Especially considering the stick I took at work when I backed him at 100\1 top goalscorer start of this season.

I think we also need to acknowledge that West Brom are not a bad footballing side.......we are the new kids and along with Leicester & Burnley we are not going to play sides off the park, but what we are doing at HQ is making ourselves difficult to beat, and as long as we get enough points to survive playing ugly I will not complain......yesterday was exactly that, not great on the eye but it was the result that mattered......
Home form is the key to this season, just need to release some of the pressure by picking up some points away.....
19 time out of 20!!!!???? Are you sure?
I just don't get the dislike of Junior I really don't. You actually said earlier in this thread that Hoilett was "bad" yesterday!! Quite, quite unbelievable!!
Wingers often lose the ball. That's the way they play.
Hoilett or Fer in a wide position is a complete no-brainer for me.
Yes, I thought he was bad. Most times he had the ball he lost it - the last minutes when we needed to keep it as much as possible, he did everything but. He tried repeatedly to take it to their corner, but he lost it every time. This gave WBA the opportunity to rescue the game at the death, which they got extremely close to hitting the post. I don't remember such inefectual ball holding in the oppositions corners - not all his fault maybe he needed more support, and someone to take over maybe, but he nearly lost us 2 points with that pathetic play.
Blinkered!!
