Wey the letting agents have passed on both applications to the landlord who will choose who to live there. Put down since being under 25 that got my dad willing to be guarantor and also his earnings through owning his business (got us this flat on professional let we're in now in the first place when I was still a student), both our earnings, the fact we're after a long term let and so on so who knows who they'll pick? Think probably the older couple if I'm honest but can only hope it's us! Find out Monday so not too long a wait, but there's literally nowt else as new as that house and as big for that price so would be a bit gutted if we missed out.
