Went round a house today and it was amazing, put an security deposit down and the other woman who was viewing the house around the same time did the same.
Normally they would be first come first served, but we both got to the letting agents at the same time.
Typical!

Wey the letting agents have passed on both applications to the landlord who will choose who to live there.
Put down since being under 25 that got my dad willing to be guarantor and also his earnings through owning his business (got us this flat on professional let we're in now in the first place when I was still a student), both our earnings, the fact we're after a long term let and so on so who knows who they'll pick?
Think probably the older couple if I'm honest but can only hope it's us!
Find out Monday so not too long a wait, but there's literally nowt else as new as that house and as big for that price so would be a bit gutted if we missed out.
The rooms are that big that if we'd moved by the 30th, I could probably put the whole of this forum up between the 3 bedrooms and the living room as they could all easily fit a super king size bed in, with one of the bedrooms a Caesar size certainly!
