This ignore thing seems to work fine :) It's brightened my day. No more inconsequential rubbish - highly recommended guys and it makes for a Happy Valley. <laugh>

Nope. Just able to debate properly instead of trolling. Bob and I are debating, it's not a 'dispute'. I know you look for confrontation but you should try it mate instead of trying to score points that mean absolutely nothing. You say things here that I guarantee you wouldn't to someone's face because you'd be filled in pretty sharpish. It's classic, cowardly trolling.

It's a shame because you've shown an ability to debate whether I agree or disagree with you. Daiswan can't - sorry but he just can't. You want to align yourself with that then your reputation here will suffer even more and further bans will undoubtedly follow. Still time to turn it around but hey it's your call. Not bothered either way. <ok>

After asking you nicely not to involve Dai and myself in your petty disputes with other posters, you then come up with the above garbage? The arrogance in this post is obvious, and it seems you are incapable of seeing it, it's a shame because on times you can debate with some sense, but all to often you come across as a trumped up, puffed up turnip, who simply cannot be taken seriously, I suggest you get out more.................<ok>

Oh well I tried. I can see the way you want to play. Fair enough. Tell you what, PM me to arrange a meeting and you can call me names to my face. No, thought not.

Bloody hell man you're middle aged so start acting it. Other posters, not just me are sick to death of it. You seem to love winding posters up. Why? No need for it. We're all Swans fans ffs.

I don't want to put you on ignore because you do contribute to the forum, unlike the guy you seem to be pals with. You used to seem like a decent guy. What the **** happened? <ok>

Haven't seen him around since he snapped the other day (understandably). Hopefully he'll be back. Whether you agree with him or not he's an asset to the forum even if he does get worked up over the Laudrup / Monk issue. No offence if you're watching. <laugh>

agree however the whole laudrup/monk thing is so silly, to me I want a manager who gets us points and Monk is not doing that atm, I don't give a flying fk what laudrup is doing, he is gone

I was against Monk's appointment musty but I have to say we've played some decent stuff at times and we just need some accuracy in front of goal. Had Siggy and Ki taken those relatively easy chances last week we wouldn't be having this conversation. Monk needs more time imo but as the manager the buck stops with him so if we lose Saturday even if we're unlucky again he'll be under pressure.

I wasn't in favour of Monk on his own and thought if he was going to be manager he had to have a lot of experienced backup. I haven't changed my views.

Anyway we have what we have. Given our form so far this season, Leicester is a huge game IMO. In November we are away to Everton, home to Arsenal and Man City. I hope we get 12 points but realistically 4 will be a decent return; 3 of those are from Leicester and 1 from Arsenal if we shut up shop and anything else would be very welcome but surprising.

Can't fault that reasoning, Bob. As you say we are where we are and 4 will be a decent return from those games.

I'm of the view that he is coming of age, and given maybe two or three more games things will click, I do not see our current issues except subs as Monks fault, and if our front line is not hitting the back of the net, then Emnes needs to be used more, not sure what to make of Gomis, but mixing things up could well get us firing.............<ok>

We're away at Man City actually. And also in November we're at home to Crystal Palace (29th Nov).

Everything monk has done for the club has improved , from the running of the club off the field to players being happy again and to the football he is producing. It could not be better but due to reasons beyond his control like our forward players finishing then we would be in the top 4....yes top 4 and that shows how close the premiership league is. One month he wins manager of the month and the next while still playing the same football and dominating most matches we fail to win and all of a sudden the monk haters come out from under their rock and say the most bizarre things you can mention about monk, They totally turn a blind eye to the real problems we have had even when the the players come out and tell them in their columns in the press. If they were to concentrate and open their eyes and ears then they would see and hear what other people are saying about how well our club is being run by the young monk and the way he has turned things around from last seasons shambles......
