Not forgetting all the ballot papers that the vote rigger discounted because the put a cross next to NO but added with the Allams in charge - which would have resulted in a resounding overall No - Allam was brought up on all this nonsense - he was senior auditor with the Egyptian government where rigged ballots are a norm
I'm sure everyone one here would have taken that as a joke except you! But if it was true how would the fact my twelve year old son wants to give the North stand a slap make me a bad father? Surely if I've stopped him it makes me a good one?
You don't think 1800 (of which a large % comprises overseas fans) is a small minority of our fan base? You must have a low opinion of our total fanbase then. The CTWD poll was also a joke, not everyone knew about it, and certainly not everyone bothered to vote in it.
People on here call there fans ****ing ****s, stupid pricks, bloody ****ers etc etc. I would rather be boo'd at. Intellectually, this bored is up there.
How many overseas members does CTWD have? I certainly don't know and I was on the committee. As I said at the time I wasn't bothered about how many members we had. It wasn't a popularity contest. The decision was the FA's not ours. 1800 is 800 less than the number who voted yes to Hull Tigers under Assem Allam's control. CTWD didn't organise a poll. We supported an existing petition started by a supporter. A bit different from the club using its address/e-mail list to organise a ballot and failing miserably to get it right.
Because Assem Allam is still here, and he's actively embarrassing the club in the media. We'll stop singing when the **** ****s off.
Including myself, of the seven people i know personally, mine was the only vote that registered, and even then at the third attempt. All were No to the change, obviously. Go figure!
We should keep it forever. No need to stop singing it when he goes. Great for atmosphere. With regards to singing "West stand, give us a song", surely this is friendly banter? I'd love to see more people singing but understand why some don't - my mother is a season ticket holder and doesn't sing - it just isn't in her personality, she is quite a reserved person. Each to their own.
CTWD have barely any overseas members, I haven't actually counted, but I'd say they were probably about 50. Roughly 90% of our members are in Hull and the East Riding, exactly as you'd expect. CTWD didn't run a poll, they just encouraged people to vote in other people's.
I asked the Angie Rowe question the other week. I thought she'd have been right up the front of the protest. Surprisingly, some on here weren't even aware of who she is. Probably an age thing though as it was a few years ago.
I always leave around 10 minutes early, I don't see what the big deal is. Regarding booing west stand, that's been going on for years.
