I sit in the West Stand, I sing and don't leave early but there are quite a lot of older fans around me who don't sing and some who leave early. I don't like it but I don't think I'm any better a fan because of it. Surely not singing isn't as bad as singing chants that are having a go at people who support the same team?

Think there's more chance of the whole stadium singing a cover of Spice Up Your Life by The Spice Girls.

There's a fair number that start up a chant in south stand. Just don't don't think anything like that could develop.

East stand north stand or left side right side. It's a two way chant.

Maybe start we are the south stand during a quiet moment and see if there's any response.

There's no chance of any unity when there are people with that kind of attitude!

We are the only set of supporters I know, that actually care about their own supporters, there will always be glory supporters, people who leave early (maybe for travel arrangements) and people who hate the owner orthe team! but why do we all care so much! just get on with it!..!..its just the way the world is! trust me, we don't have as many glory fans as Man Utd!

I'm not giving anybody stick. My comment was more aimed at the "unity" comment than the West stand singing. Say... Thinking about my comment... Don't we want a new pre-match song to sing to? Think I've found it.

    Tigers of the world.
    City for life.
    Every boy and every girl.
    City for life.
    Tigers of the world.
    City for life.
    Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

    I'll get my coat :p

Probably yeah, but it's not like anyone's just suddenly having a go at another group of fans. That corner of the west stand booed their own fans for singing the club's name a few weeks ago and they're taking stick for it. It's not like they're singing fucl off west stand. They're just inviting them to sing up. I'd say it's the perfect reaction to being booed by your own fans.

It's funny how City fans in the North has only existed for about four games but already the usual types have decided they're the enemy.

I think we actually have one of the best home atmospheres going at the moment, the stand move worked which I didn't think it would. I think people have accepted that the west will be quiet since its been that way since BP but this petty arguing between whose the best stand is just bollocks. I'm sure there's ****s in every stand. I'm a north stand type but sit in the west and always have. I don't know why people get so defensive over their own stand.

    "The usual types"?

    What a condescending comment.

It seems to me that the West Stand are the enemy of some members of the other three stands.

You also can't argue with value for money today
Not a classic but worth the £16 for the quality of goals today

Agree again. The pricing was taken advantage of today and helped a big attendance. Hopefully more of the same against the other Cat C teams. Anybody any idea who the Cat C sides are? We've so far put Stoke and Palace in that bracket.

The 1904 singing of CTID was started as a protest so CTWD can't complain now it will forever be seen as a protest. If the protests have stopped, why is the singing at 1904 still going on? The ballot went in The Allams' favour. Get over it. The fact CTWD are too "small" to ever sing "The Tigers" anymore is pathetic. CTWD have actually killed off a chant that was uniquely ours. CITY TIL I DIE is sung by all fans of clubs named City. "It's Sheep We're Up Against"! CTWD are a cancer that will drag Hull City down. Whatever happened to Angie Rowe? Is she a member of CTWD?

According to Assem Allam, and probably you, CTWD is a "small" minority. Over the last 12 months there has been nothing to stop the majority singing songs with the Tigers in them.

All last season those doing the singing we're embarrassed at singing any song with The Tigers in it. There was no edit from CTWD. People just thought it was being disrespectful to sing the Tigers when we were trying to keep our name. There is only one person to blame for that.

The singing at 19:04 continues because its a good song and is now uniquely ours. We were getting battered by Manchester City and still we sang it (admittedly a little early). No longer a protest but part of our DNA.

The ballot was a joke. Some people didn't get a ballot form. Young supporters didn't get a vote. We were promised a report from those conducting the ballot which was never delivered. Despite "I will walk away within 24 hours" how many people actually voted yes to Hull Tigers? Not much more than voted no, wasn't it?
