Aye, but the politicians said there will be no currency union.

That being said. If those politicians don't have a job in 2 weeks time then what ever they said becomes irrelevant.

Is'nt it funny how many people don't trust the Tories, Labour and the Libs when they talk about anything else, but when it comes to doom gloom and more doom for an Independent Scotland, you can be sure that the same Politicians are 100% correct?

    Not at all.

Salmond has made a complete arse of the yes campaign.

The pro unionists have made a complete arse of the no campaign.

    Them's the facts.

In an independent Scotland they would be tarred and feathered, and maybe the Labour guy you were talking to too.

Isn't it funny how Salmond has promised tax cuts for the extremely wealthy, despite advocating a progressive, socialist, independent Scotland? How will you sustain the NHS, free tuition for universities and pensions?

I'm all for Scottish independence, but be wary of the SNP if you do vote Yes, as they seem like snake oil salesmen.

Another thing that's amazed me is all the Scottish opposition leaders making promises.

They have literally no power. They are basically subsidiaries of a Westminister party that could not give a **** about their opinions.

Ruth Davidson can say that she thinks the Cons will lose the 2015 election all she wants. Fact is, if that was a member of government for the Conservatives saying that, there would be a ****ing uproar among them. The fact none of them even noticed she said it says it all really.

Something tells me she's going to defect before the General Election.

The SNP will splinter if there's a Yes vote. I'd put money on it.

People using Salmond or the SNP as a reason to vote no are just idiots.

Who would become head of government after a Yes vote? Would there be a General Election, or would Salmond change from First Minister to Prime Minister automatically?

It would be the status quo until 2016 (when there's elections anyway) as far as I know.

Yes vote doesn't mean instant independence.

Funnily enough I did, I thought he was a great politician and a real character, I also believed Jeremy Thorpe would have been a great PM.

Just shows you we can all be wrong.
