yeah that's true, but if you want a thriving community you have to do a little effort, and having somewhere for fans of our club to go where they can chat amongst themselves is something i think ever board should have.
stupid thing is i might not even use the damn thing, but be nice to have the option, as seen too many times on here good threads or discussions going to **** by rivals commenting on it, yes not always the case and opposing fans view is good to have (but not always).

Yeah I get your point, it's just I'm the other way and think that we should be more leniant with other fans.

I contemplated it. Not because I thought there was anything wrong with what you said but because I thought it would kick off a debate that had seem to have died. However, I didn't actually delete it, I decided to leave it be since all this bollox as started because of me moving a thread in the first place

I'd understand and accept that reason, if the psychotic rants were also removed (as well as the debate going well already on the same thread betweenTobes and Dave, was that exchange removed, I didn't look back that far?) other wise its returning to the same situation Other people were complaining about, one person uttering garbage without check, just on a different thread.

Other boards have a members only thread. I can't remember which one I was on when someone pointed it out
I don't think either of us [or CCC as he's another I remember liking the idea] are jumping up and down wanting this to happen, it's just a suggestion for the reason you say, having one thread that we can talk amongst ourselves - one thread! Like you say, it may not even be used that much but it's a sort of safety net. Maybe we should pick a random, obscure board and have an LFC to LFC chat there every once in a while

Yep, I understand consistency is the issue. The problem is (and I'm going to sound like a broken record) the mods are volunteers and have a personal life (even me!!!
). We are not always around and even if there was a mod on 24-7, its never going to be the same one so there is always going to be some inconsistency. TBF, the old 606 was also inconsistent and they had paid workers moderating their sites 
I don't think anybody ever said Liv was French-Canadian other than in jest. I don't think we know, but as he's from Toronto it seems unlikely.
Ask him.
And try and be polite.

I've already said to Jenners, give it a go if you wish, let's see what happens. However, if you want it moderating than I suggest the OP to such a thread highlights what the rules are
PS...and don't expect 24hr moderation either

I deleted it. you called him a lot of things.... sorry but i decided to make a call seeing as gerrez had to do all the work deleting all you cheeky monkeys threads. (4 there of) sorry i just got a bit tired of this and really have been letting it go just to let it all blow out but thought do we REALLY need to rise another topic? I think in any event most all mods are saying this has been let go just to let it all hang out so inevitably it'll be closed by the one who gets most bored.
I thought he said he was tbh & I also thought he was from Ontario for some reason and this combined with his off the scale arrogance, made him a very typical French Canadian!

Ahhh, so to clarify, mine was deleted because:
1)I called him a lot of things (points to dozens of like posts on this thread not deleted)
2) As I said to Gerrez, the topic had already been raised by Sisu, and engaged back and forth by Dave and Tobes and in fact Gerrez himself in the middle I believe. Yet only one post deleted. Could even have possibly understood if my post had come some time after the others but it doesn't. Could even understand if my post had just come after a warning by you but it didn't. Whether intentionally or unintentionally you silenced only one person's view. Too Arbitrary, not logical, Not on.
