Honestly, the only one would have been Powell. He seems like he could be a player but I saw him against MK Dons and he was shocking.


If we were in your position, I'd be very happy. A promoted club could do without the Ben Arfa and Ramirez type player, we have a little more freedom when taking a gamble.

So signing an experienced player like Cambiasso and a fringe Prem player in Simpson is more prudent and a couple of good signings.

Obviously we are over the moon to have added 4 international players to our squad. It's a game of opinions and you may not rate Ben Arfa but take a look at the Geordies board and you will find them crying into their Newcastle Brown. All four of our additions will add to our squad and address positions where we needed to strengthen. Now why don't you run along like a good little boy to the DQPR board and tell them how squarehead is going to land Defoe in January before Harry gets his head out of that car window?
 
We signed a striker who plays upfront for Uruguay, currently ranked in the top 10 in the FIFA rankings. I doubt many of us are wishing we'd bought Powell instead. Which is not knocking the lad, but we were looking higher up the ladder.

You haven't got any player of the calibre of Ben Arfa and Remirez. I don't care how much you want to delude yourself you haven't. So you have no point at all.
 
Our signings are the kind of signings leicester will be wanting to make next year. They've done well for what they want, which is staying up, and we've done very well at taking that next step to 12-8th

You're a worse side with Ben Arfa than you are with Snodgrass.

When you signed Snodgrass I was seriously jealous and i'm quite gutted for the lad (but please for our chances in the relegation scrap).

We've signed players to fill the holes in our squad which are totally different holes to those in your squad.

We didn't and don't want your signings and you didn't and don't want ours.

That isn't through choice. If we had Snodgrass, we wouldn't have one of Ben Arfa or Ramirez.

The difference being, we can see your signings are good signings from your point of view. Yet you judge our signings by your point of view and the players you'd want at Leicester.
