Unfortunately, out of all those targets you mentioned, we only ended up with Ben Arfa, Gaston Ramirez, Abel Hernandez and Mohammed Diame.

Funny really because of all the talent that the others have, the only one that makes me jealous is Mohammed Diame. Never really rater the other 3, but they all have big points to prove.

And we absolutely needed those players, we had only two recognised strikers, so definitely needed to add another and we need to create more(particularly with Snodgrass out for the season), hence the signings of Ben Arfa and Ramirez. I think we've had the best window of any club in the Premier League(taking into account relative size).

Thats just off the top of my head. I think that last point is extremely debatable. Swansea have had an amazing window. They've made a profit while bringing in Montero, Sigurdsson and Gomis, while also holding onto Bony. Don't think anyone can match that.

The hernandez one was ongoing for ages, the diame one was on for a few days and we needed him and you don't turn down ramirez and ben arfa if they become available and you need a creative spark in midfield.
