Well I don't recognise how any of that could apply too me.
1) I didn't big Utd up before the game
2) When we won I praised the team and Monk (for seemingly getting the work ethic back)
3) I didn't say "wait for the next 2 games" I always said I will reach some conclusions on where our team is going after 10 games.
4) I would never judge any Swansea manager on how we do away at Chelsea.
5) "The first time we lose" could be Chelsea away, could be later...if we lost to Chelsea not a single soul would claim that equals a disaster and give it the "I told you so"....if we lost later that would mean we will have started off the season with victory at Old Trafford, at least a point at Chelsea and nearly maximum points on the board, so, once again...there is no chance of anyone stating "I told you so". You and the
"usual suspects" are only saying that because you have an agenda,
an agenda to say "I told you so...Monk is the second coming!" over and over again
Re: weakness of opposition
We stay up every year
by targeting winning at home against the likely bottom half clubs and drawing away from home. Points against the top teams and wins away from home always come but can't be predicted and are a bonus which make up for the disappointment of points dropped in games we have targeted.
That goes for us and the rest of the clubs who aren't loaded.
So we will have targeted 6 points from 3 games (Just to get these 6 would have been a job well done) and actually have 9 points which is way beyond everybody's expectations and rightfully praise has been heaped down upon the team by
everyone.....I get the impression that no amount of praise would ever be enough. Just remember that when, inevitably, we hit a rough patch.
