From a set piece would be allowed but from open play usually isn't.
Not sure why players get away with more from set pieces.
It was a foul though. Very soft but you can't grab people in the box and stop their momentum.
This. I don't like it but you start pulling at the opposition in your box you risk it being given as Tobes (along with most of us) pointed out Skerts risked every match last year.
