Disagree - Sakho was poor in his passing (very uncharacteristic of him) but his defending was still good.
Lovren was seriously poor. His positioning and judgement were completely off, as they have been in the previous games.
The annoying thing is that Sakho's mistakes are more visible so will gather more attention. In hindsight, the errors weren't too bad.
Lovren on the other hand made some very poor mistakes which aren't as visible - for example, when he and Sakho went to attack the ball. Sakho was the one who should be going for it, not Lovren. However, both will get the blame even though it was Lovren's fault.
He also dived in a number of times and was beaten. Thankfully, Sakho and Moreno covered very well.
Still a lot of work to be done - bear in mind that it's not easy to switch from side of central defence to the other, plus this is Sakho's first competitive match alongside a new partner and left full back,
I think we should still persist.
