NA saying on Canary Call that he hasn't had any offers for Hooper - Probably means he'll be sold by the close of the window.
It's probably a good thing only one of our strikers is scoring it shows we need Hooper to get his share , i don't see Lafferty or Jerome getting double figures
Qpr will clearly be in the market for a striker so we better be prepared. I hope we stand our ground and don't sell, no matter what they or any one else offers. We only have 2 goal scoring strikers and Hooper is one of them, cant afford to get rid now.
Grabban is quite an enigma I feel. Yes, he is the top scorer in the Championship, but with a bit more clinical finishing, he could be on nearer 10 I feel.
I really hope the new Belgium guy turns out as good as we hope because apparently Leroy was awesome for QPR today and that really pains me to say that .
Colin says he wants 4 new faces in at Palace, and they've made progress with some of those. I do hope Bassong is part of that 4!
From five games??!! Christ, I agree he's not been perfect yet, but when did we last ever have a striker who scored five in his first five games?
And, as Sue Barker says in 'A Question of Sport' - what happened next? (Devil's advocate, I thought he was great for us - loved the celebration away at Barnsley when his goal got us into the play-offs )
Nathan Redmond to Saints for £9mil and Michael Keane on loan is 2 rumours this morning... Would take both personally!
I hope none of this is true. We need to keep the squad together unless we're going to get more then £12 million then McNally needs to shut up shop. Michael Keane was atrocious against the Dons the other night, no thanks. In my opinion we need to keep the squad together too many changes will only disrupt things, we've added to squad and it's starting to take shape, selling off players and replacing them new faces will only throw a spanner in the works.
i feel that we are probably done in the transfer market now, unless there is a last minute sale, but even then i think any further arrivals to replace them will be loans.
My only concern really is that Hooper could end up at QPR last minute. If he goes, we'll be short up top.
