It`s the Mail, and even they are using plenty of words like "may" and "could". I will go with proper news outlets that are quoting £63.9 mil, wages, who knows? but if Rooney is supposed to be on £300 thou then £200 thou isn`t too bad for a player of his quality.

When you already accept horror and madness anything is possible <ok>

At this rate lads if United dont finish Top 4 this season, I think they will fail the Financial Fair Play regulation.

Di Maria £65m and £200k per week.

Luke Shaw £30m and £120k per week.

£16 for Rojo for £100k per week and then give Nani to Sporting but will still pay £100k of wages

And lets not start on Feilaini and Mata now <laugh><laugh>

They should be fine. They make enough money from sponsorship.

A couple more years out of CL though and that money may not be enough to cover it.

No.

Chevrolet 57million
Adidas 52million

Revenue without champions league money will still be ridiculous.

2 things:

1) Revenue will soon drop away very quickly

2) You need good senior management to spend that revenue wisely - no proof that you do have the required level of competence.

Adidas has a clause where it will pay £10m less if United dont make the CL

Its 23million and i factored that in. 53million is the lower figure. 75million is the full figure.

The next biggest deal is 35million. Our training kit deal is bigger than most clubs kit deals.

Money right now is not an issue.

When's the open topped "we've got the biggest sponsorship deals" bus parade.

Money wins you **** all without the right manager and players, as you've found out since fergie left.<ok>

Our revenue will remain high for a while yet. In time if we cintinued to fail on the pitch it will indeed suffer.

Better to address it now. Spend big and then add a little each year.

Weve seen over the years how spending big on quality players will bring results. Chelsea and city have shown this. Arsenal last season spend big and finally find success. Its sad in a way but its the reality of the game today.

It could all go wrong though. You're right about that. I have to believe it wont though.

Problem is Rooney is slightly past it. Van Persie is more than slightly past it. All the others, bar Januzaj, won't be getting any better cause they never were any good.

We don`t have an open topped bus parade planed for this (that would just be silly), but we do have a book coming out about it just in time for the Christmas sales <ok>

Put like that our book was worth a groupstage place in the CL and Utd's massive sponsorship deals were worth nothing.

Utd would happily take a 2nd place finish this season(or last)and viewed it as a success because of the retirement of fergie Diego.<ok>

Mostly true, but our sponsership deals may be worth Di Maria. I would take second above seventh anytime <laugh>

But take into account Di Maria will be playing with last seasons also rans, his silky performances have been with the champions of Europe not with the champions of sponsorship deals.
