Chipping Sodbury would be more appropriate ;)

You're correct OLM. He is a member of the 'Chipping Norton Set', but he also has property on the Isle of Man. Question: Why else, except for tax purposes?

Wear it on your head. Think of it as a hat.

    Why would I be shocked?
If you know me as you say you do then you would know that I call a spade a spade. A few of your posts are as described.

No male over 40 should be seen dead in a replica shirt, of any club.
FA Cup Finals being the one exception to the rule.
I don't mind seeing the odd female at City games. But there should be a rule against them ordering latte coffee's and fancy time consuming drinks at the bar on a match day.
It is essential and should be club policy that the club captain has a pennant to hand over to the opposing team captain in all competitive cup games.
It should also not need to be said that everyone with a club flag or banner should make sure they get all the prime positions to display them in the ground and outside various bars and in picturesque foreign squares.
And we stand proud and loud in support of Hull City AFC.

It's good to see a bit of order restored to this matter. Well done busdriver.

Might I also add that if the local toughs turn up...then we should not be Italian about it and stand our ground. One must not leave their flag behind. It might call for a new etiquette post in fairness.

I think replica shirts on ferries are a major no-no.

Bit like trainspotters who wear trainspotting t shirts or baseball caps to advertise their 'interest'.

Plus Humberside Police may showboat given the chance.

I think a ferry wearing a football shirt would be a sight to behold Stuart.

No, no you've misunderstood....it's people wearing shirts on the ferries.

    Ferries can't wear shirts!

I think that's discrimination Stuart. Those ferries need to get themselves a good lawyer.

The pride of Hull sailing into Europe on the MS Pride of Hull is good enough.
