i still don't think it has anything in it, i'm not even going to really think about it anymore, if he signs.. my socks are in space, would be mind blowing
It is Ellewoods, as I said yesterday I'm accustomed to the depths(**) our press will stoop to. They'll make up ****, print it, declare it as an exclusive & then never mention it again. (**) Anyone who saw the front page of the Daily Mail today will concur.
probably, but it wouldn't be a mad move for him, we have a good squad and he'd be the 'superstar' of it, he'd play every game if he's fit, at united under van gaal, he'll be lucky if he gets 15-20 starts and the season after probably even less, as they'll likely sign another but if hernandez is leaving, that really only leave them with rooney, van persie and welbeck doesn't it? think it's bollocks tbh... it's the mirror and if we can 'get' him for £14.. id fully expect it to be hijacked by others
I refuse to get even the slightest bit carried away with this. I still think it's much more likely we'll sign a replacement cheaper than Long went for.
Sell on clauses are on profits made on a player not the overall sale price, so in this case it would be 5/10/15% etc. of the £5m we have made
A buy back clause would be good for both parties. Say £25million? I don't see united wanting him back unless he's worth that much?
I've updated it to include the advice & request all media got from the Samaritans in light of RW's death & the dangers involved. They obviously laughed & binned it
Not sure if it's been mentioned but Bruce took Welbeck to Sunderland a few years back and from what I've read they had a good working relationship. Could still all be bollocks mind
If Welbecks available for ONLY 14mill then surely richer more attractive teams with more attractive terms & conditions would snap him up in a heartbeat as would be an absolute bargain super sub. Can see it being Deeney and with that my socks and slippers would stay firmly on.
looks like we are hanging onto ba ba baaaaaaaa Dean Hadley what the ... http://www.thenational.ae/sport/foo...tico-madrid-dean-hadley-staying-at-hull-city?
Don't think he'd want to move to another huge team where he wouldn't get game time. Everton spent all their money on Lukaku so the only other clubs really are Southampton and Spurs, obviously Southampton are getting Long and I think Spurs might aim a bit higher.
