I was saying earlier last week that the top clubs will be offloading and there'll be around two dozen players available.

I'd imagine we'll be looking at Dawson & Chadli although I'm not 100% convinced about Dawson.
 
No to Dawson, but I'd take some of them. But we'd have to play hardball with Levy for a change. Work him over on the last day of the window. He's the one who needs a sale...

Levy hasn't been so clever recently and has boxed Spurs into a bit of a corner.

They're overloaded with player who no longer fit and a forceful new manager who's looking to rebuild.

Offloading a dozen players, in the last few weeks of the window, won't be easy.

Levy also has the mess of the 'new ground' to address and the realisation that they've blown the Bale money without replacing him......
...... we have the upper hand in this, we're no longer desperate to bring in players.

It's time to turn the tables on the little snake.

"Levy’s task is being made more difficult by the valuations he is putting on a number of Spurs’ unwanted players. He succeeded in negotiating a £10 million fee for Gylfi Sigurdsson to return to Swansea.

But Hull were put off 30-year-old captain Dawson because of his £6 million price tag and Swansea refused to pay a similar fee for Naughton. Levy wants around £15 million for Sandro, £13 million for Soldado and £10 million for Townsend and Lennon"

Capoue, Sandro, Dembele and even Townsend are top drawer players. Spurs are just ****ing awful at getting a team together. They've just shat their nappy and spat their dummies out since Bale left, even though they had about two years to plan for his inevitable exit, they sat there in denial that he would be sold to Madrid, often citing that he loved being close to his boring girlfriend as an excuse for him to stay...FFS!

They went mental with the chequebook and scattergunned their transfers last season, I'd hedge my bets that those four, if they leave will go and have cracking seasons at their new clubs, unless any of them join QPR.

Isn't he the Belgian international winger, with around 20 caps, who scored a goal every 4 games, took FC Twente's free kicks, played & scored in the Champions League, went to the World Cup in Brazil recently and can play on both flanks?

Altidore..isn't he the USA international striker, with around 71 caps, who scored a goal every 2.6 games......... ;)
