Deadline for sure, the money thing has settled now and people have accepted the price. Gus Poyet obviously thinks he started something at Sunderland and he wants him to come back and finish it.

Sunderland have priced most other clubs out of a move for him I'd imagine, with a £14m bid. I think other teams may have took a shot at £10m, but now it looks like either you lot or Liverpool and Rogers has history of hanging players out to dry then fetching them back in from the cold, like he did with Henderson. You lot can't afford to wait while he fumbles about.

This is true and Gus has shown admirable patience imo. If it does fall through they`re not going to be happy dippers especially if they do bring in a replacement.

They'll be lumbered with him, the poor lad will be on cameo appearances til January when he'll end up going on loan. Notorious in the transfer market that lot!

so what if his agent is there means nothing if borini isnt there, could be coming in to tell them sorry hes not leaving untill borini is seen at the AOL then it means nothing

Absolutley spot on Terry, because as sure as my arse faces south, Liverpool will bring in at least another, possibly two further strikers before the close of the transfer window, thus shoving Mr Borini even further down the pecking order..From colleagues who work closely with LFC the whispers Iam gettin are that the Liverpool hierarchy are fuming that Borini, has stalled on this move as the bid has been percieved as an exceptional piece of business. Suffice to say, if Borini remains, he may well come to bitterly regret his decision while warming the bench every 2 to 3 months in the Carling Cup

Terry's back <ok>

If Borini's available next summer his fee will drop by half, at £7 million he'd be a good buy ......... at £14 million it's good bye <ok>
