Cause we have a manager that knows how to organise a team - Soton conceded 5 goals less than us, depite winning 6 less games and having a better goal difference - tells me he knows how to defend.

 

We did get hammered by Liverpool (twice), City (twice) and Chelsea away so I wouldn't use any comparisons between us and saints as we obviously had a turbulent season, yet the manager that gets slated on here completed the double over Pochettino.

 

Lots of us have concerns about the new manager but the truth is that there were big problems with sherwood.

the appoinment of him and avb were very unfunny jokes...this one could be the same but most fans want to get behind him (hence the pro pochettino comments on here)

Its up to Pochettino to win us over, but he won't be booed at the first game in charge, fans will give him a chance and there will be no excuses if he fails as posts on a forum aren't going to have any impact on his career with us.

Personally, I'm pro giving the guy a chance. Logic tells me that Levy must get one right eventually. Anyway, after AVB and Sherwood, how bad can he be? On second thoughts, don't answer that! Best not to tempt fate!..
