seems like even one of the two porno merchants has got it in for Allars**te!..... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...espite-West-Ham-owners-Twitter-bombshell.html Nothing beats a vote of confidence from your chairman....
perhaps Southampton noticed how badly we did after signing 7 players for over £100m and are going for the opposite course of action
Perhaps Saints are about to launch a whole new bunch of Bales and Walnuts onto us unsuspecting public!
Our owner is a billionaire but neither us (or saints) are a plaything. Saints would need a billionaire who enjoys having fun for them to take giant leaps forward. You won't hear many spurs fans boasting about us being owned by Joe Lewis, who is worth an estimated 4.2 billion dollars, especially when we sign players like Chadli!
They do have another bunch of promising youngsters coming through, but they need to do something to replace those leaving. Their squad's becoming very threadbare and the supporters are on the verge of a meltdown.
Everton are to make a significant announcement at a press conference at 4pm, apparently. Probably the permanent transfer of Lukaku from Chelsea. £24m, according to the rumour mill.
It's actually Ross Barkley signing a new four year contract. How underwhelming. Good news for them, of course, but hardly the major announcement that they were suggesting.
What debt would that be? Stadium is paid for. The only debts we do have are installments on transfers which are pretty normal and I would guess our outstanding installments are less than Spurs outstanding installments. And yes, scary time for Saints but hopefully we'll be alright
We're the biggest selling club in the world i believe (over the last X years, i can't remember the stats). I'm sure any installments we have to pay for transfers are covered However, we don't have a fricking new stadium, would love some stadium debt!
Now it's supposed to be £25m. Seems like a lot of money for Everton. Wonder if they'll have to sell to cover it?
please log in to view this image £28m. Good player, but that's a lot of money for a player that Chelsea didn't want. A switch in Everton's transfer strategy?
I assume that is 28m if all the add-on clauses are triggered. Will be interesting to see if he pushes on akin to Sturridge.
Southampton have replaced £27m Luke Shaw with Ryan Bertrand of Chelsea. On loan. That'll calm the supporters down, I'm sure.
Chelsea seem to be getting more out of it that Southampton - they still get to list Bertrand as a HG member of their squad, even though he's out on loan.
Don't think that's how it works, Croydon. You don't have to name 8 HG players, but you can only name 17 non-HGs. You've basically got a number of slots from the 25 that are reserved for players that fit the requirements. Players loaned out don't count against that number and you don't have to fill all of the places.
