India doesn't like the review system so they don't have it at home, but why can't we use it here when playing them. Still, they would have had an lbw then if they could have reviewed it :)

What India say , the ICC does .

I think it is MSD that does not like DRS , so it does not happen . Just like he does not do radio interviews , he should IMHO HAVE to do them !!!!

Hopefully they will be on the wrong end of an umpire howler or two.

New York Red Bulls beat Arsenal 1-0 in a pre-season friendly. The scorer? No, not Thierry Henry, Bradley Wright-Phillips. <laugh>

Ronald Koeman is in PES 6, Classic Netherlands (unlockable), but he has the name Romal Kuutan. 98 shot power!

OK, I've had Game No.2 off PES6. They still play like lumbering donkeys, and the opposition are like little whippets. Thumbs are still sore after beating Stoke city 4-0. At the Britannia, of course. :)

My objections are [some of these apply back to PES4, 2 and the original]:

I do feel as though I'm less in control of the action of my players. This may have something to do with the setup, so I'll reserve judgement on that.
When my players are tackled they run on, way past the tackle, leaving me no chance to tackle back.
When my players tackle the opposition often the opposition player will immediately tackle back and retrieve the ball before my lumbering player has had the chance to use it.
The console players have amazing speed and interception capability, whereas mine can only match them at best. And I don't have **** or slow players, either. Believe me, I've done the comparison.
The referee blows up far too easily, although whereas in versions 2 and 4 the opposition player could cut you in half and get away without a card [sometimes even without a foul at all], they do seem to be penalised a bit more fairly in PES6. In the last game Stoke got 3 yellows - almost unheard of in earlier versions.
My players still only have to sneeze in the opposition direction to have a foul called against them though.
The Peter Brackley commentary is still terrible, and I really don't know how Trevor Brooking took the money for his part. I turn it down to an absolute minimum. I've tried it turned off, but some is better than none.

There's other annoying stuff, but at least it isn't FIFA. I tried that a few years back and it was terrible for the realistic feel of the play. So there is a positive in there. And PES6 definitely looks better than earlier versions. OK FIFA usually has the edge there [apparently not so these days].

I shall look out for Romal Kuutan..! <laugh>

Time to hide in here again. Everyone is flipping their ****, and for good reason, but it doesn't make very good discussion. I found my new favourite burger place this weekend. That's something to be happy about. And I still have my job for the time being. That's another.

New girl not up to scratch?

Hopefully they will be on the wrong end of an umpire howler or two.

They've been on the wrong end of plenty but still don't want it. A lot of people used to think it was Sachin that called the shots, he left his pads out too much and would have been hammered by DRS. Dhoni has a lot of sway, so his appeals may carry more weight with umpires. If they don't want to use it. Fine. But we should still have the choice.

What's the wicket like? We usually produce a good one at the Rose bowl but appears to be a bit of a road.

I see Jack Wilshere has said something about being caught sucking at the ol' white cancer stick again: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/28509482

"Of course I regret it," he said. "It's unacceptable and I will accept the consequences and move on.

I tell you what, this move on phrase doesn't half get used like confetti these days. I would like him to say something like reflect on what my actions signal to others and whether I should be doing them as a role model for the young in society.

No, he trots out move on, and then mentally notes to only smoke when there are no cameras around.
