Na mate.

SAFC has a corporate deal with an agency, I know this cos I approached SAFC myself when I worked for Flight Centre Corporate Traveller.

The agency would make the booking, find best price (then mark it up....), and then ticketing would be handled within that agency, if it had ticketing plates, or handed to airline if not.

Our lass said there arent ticketing plates anymore but she agrees that it would more likely be handled by a handling agent, hays do most if not all of this type of legwork, so now i've understood this properly i'm calling bullshit anarl

Still be keeping an eye on 11am the morra ;)

There are mate, although they are rare, internal flights in Russia and the Far East, generally.

I work for Virgin, and we can't ticket BA or Emirates, even though we sell them, they are ticketed from airline as we aren't a 'plating carrier'

It means we can put a Virgin ticket number on a BA or Emirates flight, basically.

Cool, she meant within that flight path, dunno why she just doesnt log in herself like

Agreed. I think he'll always score big goals but I don't think he'll score a lot of goals.

The idea of signing him as a wide man for that much is odd as we can get a specialist for that money. I'm actually starting to think it's really bad business.

Especially with this onion coming in for between 5-10. Feel like we're just tacking money on top because the lad's young.

This sums up what I've said pretty much ever since we were first linked at £10m, and got shot down for it!! At £14m we'd have had our pants down. The club seems to be doing decent business this window so I'd rather they didn't spoil it with an unnecessary signing like this... That money could get us a ****ing belter of a centre back (the Dutch lad at Celtic who's meant to be the dog's bollocks would be available for far less and would improve us infinitely more imo).

Oh, and the fact the lad clearly wants nothing to do with us if he can help it hasn't exactly swayed me in his favour...

Always thought you were a DJ mate? Fraud!! <laugh>

Hahaha,

End of the day mate, you need a day job to buy ****, as you know, if I come in and say 'aye made 35k last year, all cash in hand', then I'm not getting credit.

I'm lucky that I enjoy both jobs like, and it means I can buy property/cars etc too.

Life eh...

SUNDERLAND target Fabio Borini is returning to the UK from Liverpool’s pre-season tour of America.

It has been more than a week since Sunderland agreed a £14million fee with Liverpool to re-sign the Italian, who netted 10 goals during last season’s loan spell at the Stadium of Light.

Sunderland boss Gus Poyet has remained hopeful that the Black Cats will be able to agree personal terms with Borini, despite suggestions from his agent that he wants to remain at Anfield.

And Borini today confirmed that he is on his way back to the UK for treatment on the shoulder injury he sustained in Liverpool’s friendly with Roma in midweek.

“So bored in the hotel room waiting to fly back to England to recover as quick as possible!! #comeback #recovery #hardwork #desire” he tweeted.

Borini’s message will raise hopes among Sunderland fans that he is returning home for more than just medical treatment.

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers had indicated on Thursday that Borini had only sustained bruising to his shoulder and would not be sidelined for long.

Rodgers said: “He will miss a few days training and won’t train for the remainder of the trip here in Boston. He’ll be available again in a few days.”

I'd definitely take him on loan again. I wouldn't pay 14m for him though. If we take him on loan then we have an option next year of releasing him and finding a more fitting replacement or paying Liverpool for him if he'll stay. I still think Gus and lee could find cheaper and more willing alternatives.

Saves loads of money
Gives us another year to find a replacement
Gives Borini a stage to perform, to our benefit

This is a loan deal I'd be interested in just because it'd save us money and allow us to spend on those other 7 areas Gus wants to fill.

Aside from that I don't really want to the lad if it's true, he's near enough turned us down by the looks of things. Nowt against him, I'd just prefer to play a player who wants to wear red and white.

Those days are gone for me mate, I don't trust any of them any more.

The only players who have any real loyalty, or love of the club, are local lads ...... even they'll do a 'Jordan' given half the chance.

If Borini came on loan, scored 20 goals but hated every minute it wouldn't bother me in the slightest.

They're just a bunch of itinerant mercenaries these days which Bent, Gyan, Colback & Remy etc proved beyond all reasonable doubt.

I've been thinking about it, and if Rodriguez joins on monday, and we've still been given no indication Borini wants to come I'd pull out of the deal.

Rodriguez is a LW, which is where Borini played last year, and where he would be most use if he did join, but if we have Rodriguez, we have a quality winger anyway and can save £14m to invest in other areas

Will always love Borini for his goals last year

Could it be Borini's arse has dropped out by us mooting Rodriguez. Borini's original claim was he wanted regular 1st team football. We gave him that and more for which, imo, he paid his dues. He could be left in total limbo if we get this onion man.

Doubt it, we agreed a fee for him before we stepped up our interest in Rodriguez imo, agreed the fee for Borini 9 days ago, it's the last few days we've heard more and more about Rodriguez.

Maybe the club got tired of waiting for Borini to make a decision
