OT - Brazil Appeal Silva Yellow Card

Sorry if this has already been discussed but apparently Brazil are appealing Silva's yellow card in an attempt to get him into the game against Germany. I didnt think you could even appeal a yellow card.

Even if you can in the wc2014, it won't be successful, it was a well earned lellow card.

Apparently the rules, as normal, don't allow you to appeal a yellow card. The fact FIFA have even acknowledged an appeal is therefore wrong.
