The thing is I wouldn't be at all surprised if he is in the know. It's just that his twitter account was presented to us like an Assem Allam CV as proof of his status that's funny. There's nothing on there that's any different to any City fan.

To be fair to Fettis, I'm pretty sure I've seen Tully's tweets being flagged up on Twitter before by people insisting that he is someone worth listening to.
