Does anyone else think Sagbo is pissed off because he started and scored in the semi final then didn't even get on the pitch for the final???

Its always the same, drags on and on then they go for lunch and end up elsewhere. I really wish they'd not say anything about agreeing fees with any club untill its all done and dusted with the player aswell.

So Livermore, Snodgrass, Dawson and Maguire. That'd be knocking on for £20million.

That'd be it other than loans I'd imagine. Unless for example we get a fee for Sagbo to invest in a replacement.

Really hard to keep things quiet these days what with social media and agents trying to get the best deals for players. The club haven't officially said a lot about transfers have they? (Livermore apart)

Still no murmurings of a left back for a while? Maybe we'll be coming in for a loan deal for a few positions. I wouldn't mind loaning in a young left back and a young, more attacking CM ala Koren

I thought Buttner may have been an option, but looks like he's off to Russia

I think that's probably part of it, but just a collection of things that have been mentioned on here. African players are often quite volatile in their beliefs and the way they make decisions and ate therefore very hard to please. Toure being a prime example with the birthday thing at Man City.

He's already gone to Russia and he's not as good as others we've been linked with, particularly Bertrand.

He's now claiming Man City didn't give him time off to visit his dying brother, I suspect he might be a PSG player next season.

As for Sagbo, he's sunning himself in Monaco at the moment, so I'm not sure how much he'll know about potential new suitors.

Now the ball is rolling, let's hope it gathers a bit of speed, with the signings of Dawson, Snodgrass, Ince,....

I suspect there was never anything in the Ince story, all the stories came about due to a photo of them together in Portugal, but the Bruce's and the Ince's meet in Portugal on holiday every summer.

I don't know the facts but did ince get a lot of game time at palace? And if not then why? I seem to remember him being sub a few times.

glad its sorted, while I agree £7-8 million does seem over the top, feel that the best is yet to come from Jake, and that a couple of year down the road it will look like money well spent.
