Intensive language courses in a monastery or nunnery is a common thing in Holland - I used to work in Amsterdam and there were several folks at my company, mostly Turkish, who had spent a week doing just that to learn Dutch. The monks speak only Dutch, and unless you pick it up very quickly you don't eat...

I can see that being a significant motivating factor for Ronald

not taught by nuns any more apparently.

I was wondering how speaking only dutch would improve Koeman's english.

When Koeman said in his interview he is going to improve his English at the Nunnery, he meant this...

In any case...
The lessons have not been taught by the nuns for years

Wow! Over 500.000 followers. Hope to see you all at St.Mary's Stadium soon. #saintsfc

We'll need a stadium expansion to fit those 500,000 in at St Mary's!

I swear I'm not MLG

I think I'm not.

I hope I'm not.

Les Reed subtly implied that we had taken a step up by signing Koeman to replace Mauricio...as he said, this time we have gone for someone with more experience and success in European cups (which is where Saints want to be). Wonder how Spurs fans view it. The proof of the pudding is in the eating, but feeling good about this.

I only know two Spurs fans, who by a stroke of luck, are the only two decent Spurs fans in the world as well... they have both said in the last week that they would have preferred Koeman to Poch.

I wouldn't be surprised if that hasn't occurred to quite a few Spurs fans. MP may turn out to be fantastic for them, but at the moment it seems that we have got the more experienced manager.
