They are bare faced liars. Not to be trusted with running a bath let along Hull City AFC.

What a shame Allam also lied about walking away within 24 hours.

For me, I'd have liked even stronger language.

He's proof that trying to be respectful whilst also giving him your opinion is a waste of time.

Think CTWD believe that now and are probably fed up of this ****.

A **** is a ****. Time to call him one. Or words to that effect.

But the badge IS ****e imo

Trouble is with people what's bad to some....isn't to others.

I love the fact I'm in the north stand this coming season

    Others hate it .

AA could never please everyone .

Even I think this is all down to the name change not being allowed .

    And its bloody stupid

Happy mate, two honest questions. I'm not after a fight just an honest response...

    1) How much do you know about Marketing & Branding?
    2) Do you believe that the removal of the name has nothing to do with the FA decision on the name change?

    Cheers

That's a bloody ace statement. Not letting any of the owner's **** go unnoticed, and attacks his lies.

Far too many still sitting on the fence, blinded by the PL lights for that.

You get a sense the tide is rapidly turning though... let the silly old **** dig his own grave.

I support Hull City for one reason only because it is proudly my home city. As the majority of our supporters The Allams are narcissist's spoilt immature who have no conscience in hurting whoever to get there own way. This in my opinion is down to a feud with councillors.
Take the name of our city off the badge and we loose our home city identity as a football club I fear the worst from this dictator I will not buy merchandise or support a team that is not representing HULL CITY in entirety.
I have not renewed my pass as I fear Allams will kill the club but will whole heartedly do whatever it takes to ensure Hull City has a football Club that is ours, if either of you have any conscience or inch of value or respect in supporters like me then sell the club now and go this is pathetic dishonest commercial suicide

I don't want the Allams out Martin.

I just want him to stop ****ing around with the name change stuff.

    No one wants it.

    The fa said no.

Apply to the fa again and I will want him to go.

I still won't consider him to be a c--t etc because of reasons not to do with football.

Don't CTWD want or prefer AA to stay ?

    I thought they did ?

Always an obvious option for him.

Not so sure it is an epic fail, in terms of marketing.

The statement only does it in part as far as I am concerned. I think there are various messages that keep being repeated that are simply daft and unacceptable to any proactive, dynamic business. In particular:

Consultation: there are big things and little things in the life of a business and that doesn't really change on their customer types or profiles; and football clubs have a mixed bag of those.
Some decisions, once taken, although maybe not 'in stone' will need to have some serious longevity - the name-change is a classic example of that and should have demanded some element of customer-base consultation from any reasonable business, however autocratic they wish to be, as it is not only good business practice, but also a good injection of everyday common-sense.
Some decisions, once taken, can fairly easily be reversed without too much trouble and these are the ones where a business can maintain it's control - the badge is such a decision. For what it's worth, the seat changes were similar, except that the club (I believe) did work with those who asked them to, after the decision had been released.

I think there is a 'reasonable rationale' to change the badge - it has happened often and will no doubt happen again. If we took away the name-change wedge, that exists between club and a large number of supporters, then I think the new badge (we have had worse!!) could be marketed very successfully, but, in my opinion, that would need to include the club name - but not on the badge itself - I think the 1904 is a good move.

I think that CTWD is now in the position of complaining about something that the broader audience will not as a totally bad thing, especially as the club have only released a part of the fuller picture.

We know what is going on, but it is getting harder to argue - arrogant, surly pieces of ****e they maybe, but stupid, no.

CTWD have never campaigned for the owners to leave, nor has it any intention of doing so.

We do though, have an obligation to challenge claims that are quite obviously disingenuous, such as no time for consultation on the badge, or the imaginary Hong Kong softwear shirt sponsor.

Reading the reaction in the wider media, there are two issues.

The first is the crass prickly spiteful removal of the name.

The second, reassuringly spotted by journos far and near, is the lies and insulting bullshit about the lack of consultation and need to supply a crest to Umbro. The Allams are unconvincing liars. The spotlight is on them and is merciless.....

I don't believe they even intend to be convincing liars. Their actions are so outrageous, their lies are so blatant...that I can only conclude they don't give a ****.

Maybe now is the time for CTWD to campaign for them to leave?

In the main, City fans are still supportive of the Allam's, they just don't agree with them on the issue of the club name.

I'm obviously aware that the amount of people who want them to go is increasing all the time, but it's still very much a minority and CTWD wants to grow as a general supporters group and wants to attract more members, not alienate them.

As things stand currently, CTWD have no intention of mounting an Allam Out campaign.

I wish they had consulted us like they promised. They could have very easily done a vote on their website with 4 or 5 options including the badge we had. There were ways to consult us that wouldnt have taken any real effort. Which is a shame they did not because I think that if I am honest with myself, I do actually like their new badge.

I'd say there were many supporters who were watching how they reacted to the FA decision. Many would have given them the benefit of the doubt if they responded in a dignified manner and let it drop.

A lot of supporters have seen that they have reacted like spoilt brats since the decision and now they want them to **** right off.

I reluctantly renewed my pass today and was about to go into the club shop to get my lad some City gear for our jaunt abroad...but stopped at the door and thought better of it. Great marketing by the owners!

Murmurs in ticket office would conclude that season ticket sales are NOT going very well at all.

And just exactly how do they consult on such a matter and more precisely which fans should they have consulted with?
If they only get a minority of supporters to participate in the "controversial name change" vote, how do they consult on a badge design?
